Iphone Missing tables

When i boot up the app, i am missing three tables, 2 of which i have purchased, i have attempted to delete the app and reinstall with same issue. the only tables showing in the app are sorcerer's liar, wolverine, and captain america, The places for the other tables show blank squares. Does any one know how to get the tables back into the app or get a refund for the tables i purchased ???
