Notification center landscape problem

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem. I've noticed that when playing zen pinball on my iPhone in landscape view, the iPhone notification center stays in portrat view. This is a problem cause it tends to come down when I'm playing cause my finger will swip it by accident. Any chance there is a fix for that?
