So, looking at my first post on 11 february, today is 22nd, i am still unable to play the previously purchased tables and even the two i just purchased. It has been 11 days, and all i got is an excuse and some promise of a patch, which may or may not allow me to access what i legally paid.
    .
All you had to do was ask, no need for abusive language.

Can you direct your rage to the NA release for ZP2?

For the record, your rage has nothing to do with it. The community here is pretty friendly and helpful and Barbie and Solitude are very active on these forums. Your problem would have been addressed whether or not you are rude or courteous.

And in regards to your comments to me personally. I was not trying to give you "excuses" or false "promises." I wasn't trying to waste your time. I was simply trying to help you troubleshoot the problem. Furthermore, I wasn't trying to insult you by telling you to call Apple's customer service. I was actually trying to facilitate the refund process. I have gotten a refund for a constantly crashing app from Apple issued within a couple days. All I had to do was make 5 minute call to Apple. I am not sure how it is Europe, but initiating a chargeback in the US is not as quick and painless as giving a quick call to Apple.

Not really satisfactory to be honest. I bought around 4 or 5 tables total and i cant play ANY. To add insult to injury i get told to call apple, but in fact i will just call my credit card issuer, which has the advantage that someone will get a chargeback. Im tired of bull**** give me what i paid. Fix your content serving system or whatever the hell it is.

All the suggested solutions have been tried, and its quite clear to me (authentication error) that the problem is from Zen part. At this point, having waited several days without any hint of REAL help of effort, i will just proceed to issue a chargeback for the latest 2 tables and all the old ones. Gotta love EU consumer protection law, there is no excuse for not delivering this kind of digital goods, and even less excuse for the lack of action.
Sorry for not getting back to you sooner! I didn't respond because surf1der was saying exactly what I would have told you to do. I've had a few reports similar to this in the last few days, so I can assure you I am going to run this by the team and see if they know what's going on.

I'm sorry I could not provide you with any "REAL" help. Others have had similar problems with lost or disappearing content and the advice I gave you often helped restore their purchases. Usually Barbie and Solitude, Zen's staff, are great about quickly responding to customers problems especially if it concerns trouble accessing purchased content. This forum has been very active since the announcement of Star Wars pinball and this thread may have been overlooked in the hundreds of posts that have been made in the past week. I can understand your frustration and if you don't want to wait any longer just call your local customer support number for Apple and they are usually very good about issuing refunds. If you might consider waiting just a little bit longer, I would try sending a Private message to Solitude or Barbiebobomb and point them to this thread. You might get a quicker response. Or if you willing to wait a week, a new update for the game will be released for the new star wars tables and I am sure that Zen will have tested their servers before going live with the update to make sure everything is working correctly.

The only other advice I can give you is make sure you have a strong wifi signal and can connect to the internet. Also make sure that your iPad still has storage space available and if you are low on available space try deleting old apps, songs, movies, etc. And see if you have and trouble downloading a free app from the app store. It may be a problem with Zen's content delivery server. I would recommend you tell them what type of iPad you have and what iOS firmware you are running. Barbie or Solitude, perhaps you can chime in here and possibly give some other suggestions.

Even after reinstalling i cant get the old tables, both with the restore button, that does not do anything, or with the single table download which gives authentication error every time since days.

I actually bought and was charged epic quest and paranormal (order number MGQSSW8ZYX) and i cant even DOWNLOAD THOSE 2 I JUST BOUGHT. Please fix, this crap has been going on long enough, and all your proposed solutions do not work.

    Problem restoring purchases

Why am i not downloading the tables i paid for? Got new ipad, same account, first it does not even show you wtf you purchased so you have to click blindly on the ones you THINK you had...then if you got it right it says OH YOU GOT THIS ALREADY YOU CAN REDOWNLOAD IT CLICK HERE, but after click it stuck at zero percent and then timeout. Same bs since 2 Days.

Its quite clear from a google search that you have this problem for a long time, how is this not fixed?
Working...
