Orientation lock

Thank you again Zen! Not only did you optimize the DMD and UI buttons for retina displays, but you guys also fixed the orientation lock. I was upset for a minute when my table orientation was flipping and noticed that you got rid of the orientation option in the settings menu. But I tested the Apple orientation lock and it now works perfectly with the ZP app. Now if you could only come up with a better solution for nudging I could die happy.

Thanks for posting this, surf1der... I was about to complain here about the orientation settings, and forgot to check the Apple orientation lock. Thanks, Zen!
