I'm pretty sure you have to be online when you get the achievement for it to actually "stick." Same goes with high scores. It will save locally but you won't post to the Game Center leaderboard. And it is not like the ps3, where you go online and play a quick game and your old high score earned offline will then be registered on the leaderboard. If you are offline a high score will never post to the leaderboard.
Also, I don't really care about achievements but they are kind of screwed up on the ZP app. For example, on sorcerer's lair when I check my achievements within the app it says I have earned the slingshot master award but not the midnight madness award. However, when I check game center for my ZP achievements it says I have earned the midnight madness award but not the slingshot master award. In reality, I am positive I have earned the midnight madness award (repeatedly) and I think I have never won the slingshot master award. On Paranormal, i have earned all 3 achievements on Game Center but the in app achievement menu shows that i am missing the exorcist achievement where you have to banish at least one ghost from the attic. I have earned this trophy many times as well. The locally saved achievements don't seem to sync up at all with the Game Center achievements.
Edit: Holy crap. I thought just Iron Man was the next table for iOS. But no, we are also getting Infinity Gauntlet, Fear Itself, and Moon Knight!!! The coming soon icons just popped up!Last edited by surf1der; 03-22-2013, 07:23 PM.Comment

I really hate that your progress only counts if you are online. It makes me not want to play offline because it feels like it "doesn't count". I am a huge fan of the tables but I also like to feel that I am working towards a goal or the end and if you lose everything offline, that really hinders the experience.Comment
