Help me on ios restore

I recently got an iPad mini. I downloaded the app and it then when i wanted to restore my purchases from my iPhone ask for password from my apple ID . I entered it and kept getting incorrect. Is there an error here or what did i do wrong. I hit the tables on my iPad that I bought on iPhone and a $ sign appears. What am i doing wrong. Hope I don't have to rebuy them.

Is it saying that the password is incorrect?
