    Hello, I purchased two extra tables for zen pinball through the mac app store, haven't played for a while, and when I tried to play again there was no record of these purchases. When I start the game up it prompts me to enter admin name/password info for download of new software - I'm assuming this is for the missing tables - but when I do nothing happens. Happens every time I start the game. I do not believe my id for the mac app store has changed. Can you offer any assistance? My 6-year-old daughter is bummed. One of the tables was x-men, can't recall what the other was but maybe tesla or paranormal. Thanks.

    OK, did you purchase the tables on the Mac App Store or the iOS App Store? If you purchased on iOS App Store, you won't be able to use on a Mac and vice versa. If you purchased on Mac App Store and are trying to use on Mac, try these steps:
    1. Make 100% sure that your Apple username and password are correct and that this is the account you used to buy the tables
    2. Click on the X-men table and go through the purchase process. It will not charge you again as long as it's the same account you used to buy it initially. It should tell you that you bought it already and download it.
    3. If that doesn't work, try deleting the game and reinstalling it. Afterwards, run the game, and then click the shopping cart refresh icon on the main menu, or repeat step 2.

    If none of those work, get in touch with Apple support - they should be able to verify your purchases and issue a refund if you're unable to access them. Or email us at [email protected] and we'll do what we can!
