I can't seem to alter the default controls to anything useful.
1. I can change the ball launch button from Enter to Num 0, but it doesn't work.
2. Why the limited choices for each control? The logical left and right nudge buttons are Z and / — but they're not among the choices.
3. I'd like the up nudge to be Enter (really Return,) but that can't happen if #1 is a problem.
I have a full, corded, Apple keyboard if that matters. It certainly doesn't have a layout like the bluetooth input devices shown when attempting to change the controls.
