"Please Wait" at over 15 minutes

I saw this issue on another post, but it was never really resolved.

I recently downloaded the app and quickly purchased a Star Wars table which is working fine. I want to purchase an Avengers and X-Men table, but get the apparently common interminable 'Please Wait' error over the course of a few days, many attempts on other tables as well.

New iMac, latest iOS and no updates available for Zen Pinball 2 listed. Shaman was supposed to be available I believe, but it is still showing as coming soon.

Any thoughts?

Have you had any problems buying other stuff from the Mac App Store? Or connected via proxy, or located in a country where CC fraud is common? I've seen this happen on other platforms where some kind of aggressive fraud prevention algorithm on the store side was kicking in. But that's just a guess.

Negative. Not problems with anything else but ZP2 and I already bought one table, just can't download any others.

I also have a new iMac and latest OS, and was having this same problem.

I tried this advice given for iOS in another post on this forum, and applied it to OS. It worked:

1. settings -> store -> sign-out
2. Open Zen Pinball while still signed-out of the store.
3. Double-tap the table you want to purchase.
4. An in-app prompt will ask you to login to your iTunes account.
5. Login with your iTunes username and password.
6. Rinse and repeat if you want additional tables.

Instead of going to settings -> store -> sign out,
go to your iTunes application -> iTunes Store -> sign out.
Then go back into Zen Pinball and try downloading your table. Instead of saying 'please wait,' after a few seconds it should take you to iTunes to enter your password.
For some reason I had to click on the table and enter my itunes info a couple of times, but it did work.
