I had the ball get stuck continuously hitting off the top-right bumper (out of view) while it started racking up first tens-of-thousands, then hundreds-of-thousands of points. I tried to gently shake the iPad to dislodge the ball but it wouldn't. Eventually the table tilted, but the ball still did not release from the bumper area. A few moments later, a ball appeared at the plunger and shot itself down ending that round and the game.
