    Hi there,

    I have an iPad 4, and I have bought and downloaded most the tables.

    Whilst searching the App store yesterday, i noticed that there was an update to the Zen Pinball App, which i downloaded. Since then, i have a problem with the sound on all the tables. It is like one of the stereo channels isn't working, i.e. I am only getting some of the sounds when I play.

    I have rebooted the iPad, but this hasn't solved the problem.

    By the way, i am not using headphones - just the iPad with the sound turned up.

    Any help would be appreciated, as this is now spoiling my enjoyment of the games.

    Make sure the sound settings in the game are turned up, if that's not the issue, you might try uninstalling & reinstalling.

      Sound settings are normal. If i delete the Zen Pinball app and then download again, will i still retain all my paid tables?

        Yep! Just click the shopping cart icon one you reinstall and it will start downloading any tables you've purchased

            I have had a similar problem with certain sound effects cutting out on my iPad3. I have determined how to cause the problem on one table. I can cause the bug on the Infinity Gauntlet during the red gem mission after you complete the first part of the mode which consists of getting around 25-30 bumper hits. Then certain sound effects stop working like flipper activations, the spinner sounds, pop bumper sounds, etc. The strange thing is, once I initiate this bug, it effects all the tables in my library. So if I go back to the main menu to choose another table, it will effect that table as well. In fact it also effects other apps as well. However, I can fix it by force closing the ZP app. Upon relaunching the app, all the sound effects will return. I have reproduced this bug consistently by starting the red gem mission. Is this similar to what you are experiencing?

            Specs: iPad3 on FW 6.1.2.
