Should i really have to purchase all the tables again when reinstalling computer?

reinstalled my computer today and now all the tables are gone. If i click them i get sent to app store where it wants to charge me for the tables i've already bought and paid for.

There should be a shopping cart icon that will restore any of your purchases as long as you're logged in with the account you used to purchase them.
