ZP won't let me download my previously purchased tables

  • ZP won't let me download my previously purchased tables

    No matter which table I try to re-download (I own them all) or when I try to download all purchased tables, I always get "Authentication error with this table."
    I've tried restarting the iPhone, reinstalling the app itself, and I get the same error message.
    I believe this problem is on your servers: please fix this!

    This should be resolved now, sorry for any inconvenience! Restart your device and click the shopping cart icon to restore your tables

      Trouble with downloads and install

      I have made two purchases and can't install the games at all. It shows the game is downloading, but when I click on it I have to repurchase. WHen I click on the shopping cart to re install it shows nothing there. I have contacted the app store and they show my purchase and I even sent an email to zen and no response. So what is the deal here?

        First, what platform are you on? If this is for iPhone/iPad, then you'll want to make sure to go to the appstore and download the app update, restart and try again. Second, where did you send that email?

          On a MacBook Pro

          I did a update today and one of the games showed up and is working. Guess that update showed up today. The previous email was sent to the app store and I found it. it was sent several months ago. I will find that email and the paid receipt on it.

          Went back to open Zen Pinball 2 and got a Defective/corrupt message. Telling me to delete the program and redownload. I am doing it now.
