I am having this exact problem on my iphone 4. It's sayng that either my apple id cannot be found or i am using an incorrect password. I'm using the right password.
Did either of you contact Apple Support? We do not have access to player account info, so if it directing you to Apple support, it is probably an account issue. Let me know if you still have trouble!
