Football Super League Liverpool table purchase problem

I purchased the Liverpool table in game, got a receipt for Apple stating that I was charged but the table wouldn't download. Apple refunded the price and suggested I repurchase the table. I just bought the table again and when I clicked "buy" after signing in to my Apple account, I got a message saying "unknown error". I'm sure just like the first time, I will be billed without being able to download the table. If I click on "select table" it just prompts me to buy the table again.

Please help.

What device are you on? Have you tried restarting, then tapping the shopping cart icon in-game to restore your purchase?

Sorry, forgot to mention that. It's on an iMac. I have completely restarted my computer and also tried restoring the tables but it is still not available.

More problems

I also just tried purchasing one of the new Star Wars tables and I was able to sign on to my iTunes account and even got to the screen "Do you want to buy this table for $2.99" I click yes to buy the table, the pop up went away and the game didn't download the table. It still prompts me to buy it. It says I have nothing to restore when I try that option.

I just restored my computer to the factory settings about two weeks ago. I was able to get all of my previously purchased tables to download and work but it's not letting me get any new ones.

Any ideas?

Sorry, forgot to mention that. It's on an iMac. I have completely restarted my computer and also tried restoring the tables but it is still not available.

Try these steps and let me know if you still have trouble:

1. Double click on the already purchased table's icon in the main menu.
2. A "please wait" window should appear.
3. Game window should go in the background while the system asks for the user's AppStore credentials.*
4. Fill in the required fields.
5. The price of the table should appear. Confirm the purchase again. Do not hesitate - if you have purchased the table before with this account, it will cost you nothing.
6. The system should confirm you the you already have the table, then press OK.
7. Switch back to the game again, the table should start to download.

When I do the above with the Liverpool Table is says "an unknown error has occurred" after I click "buy" on the confirmation popup.

It took restarting the game twice but the Star Wars table finally downloaded after following your instructions.

You might try logging out of your account and back in and try the steps above again. Sorry it's being such a pain!

No problem. At least I can still play the table with the default team and the other tables are now downloading.
