  • Unable to download table...

Purchased the Family Guy table at the Apple Store for Mac. Charged my credit card, but won't download the table. Says something about unable to restore table at this time, try again later.

Want the table or my money.

Make sure you're signed in with the same iTunes account you purchased the table with, then try these steps:

    1. Double click on the already purchased table's icon in the main menu.
    2. A "please wait" window should appear.
    3. Game window should go in the background while the system asks for the user's AppStore credentials.*
    4. Fill in the required fields.
    5. The price of the table should appear. Confirm the purchase again. Do not hesitate - if you have purchased the table before, it will cost you nothing.
    6. The system should confirm you the you already have the table, then press OK.
    7. Switch back to the game again, the table should start to download.

Did all this. Multiple times. No luck. Always comes back with "Unable to restore your tables this time. Try again later."

Thanks - could it be an issue of not having enough space to download the tables? If not, let me know and I'll have the team investigate.

Doubtful. This is a high-end Mac Pro with 1TB flash drive, 64GB RAM, about 250GB free on the drive.
