"Please wait..." forever?

Great game! I recently got a new MBP, and the first thing I downloaded was pinball. I was able to successfully restore the one table I on my previous MBP, but have been unable to download a table I purchased on this new laptop. I have been charged by iTunes for the table, and have restarted the game and computer multiple times but it won't shake loose. Every time I try to re-purchase the table (as I've seen recommended elsewhere on the forum) it let's me know that I already bought it and that it will be automatically restored...I go back into the game window and just see the "Please wait..." dialogue there, forever. I've also tried just doing a standard old "restore purchases" to see if that might bring it about, but again the "Please wait..." window just sits there staring back at me.

Internet connection is fine (as this post demonstrates).

Anything you can do to help. I want the table more than I want my $1.99 back, but no sense in paying for something I can't play.

So I tried a bunch of things and it finally shook loose!

I restarted my computer, opened itunes, logged in, logged out, closed itunes/app store, opened the game, entered my itunes log in when it asked me right off the bat, clicked on restored purchases, entered itunes info again when asked, game said no purchases to restore (hey this is better than 'please wait'!), clicked on the table that wouldn't load and it automatically started loading up!

This isn't very helpful information because I did so many different things at once, but hey, it worked.

Cannot buy new table

I have a similar problem. I would love to buy a new table, but when I select "buy table", the "please wait" window pops up, and quickly goes away! I'm trying to purchase a table, any table, but there is only so much patience!
