  • Purchased Tables Missing

    I did the iOS10 update to my iPhone and now my purchased tables are missing. In the app store its asking me if I want to buy them again. Please help.

    Make sure that the iTunes account on your device is set to the same account you used to purchase the tables originally. Open the app and tap the shopping cart icon and they should start downloading. If the shopping cart icon doesn't work, try clicking each table icon to see if they will download that way. Let me know if you still need help.

      I've tried the shopping cart and it just gives me a message "There are no tables available to restore." I've also tried individually trying to download the tables, and it prompts me to buy it all over again. Yes, it is the same iTunes account. Nothing has changed at all.

        Send us an email from within the app and I'll have the team check it out. The email will automatically load some info we'll need in order to investigate this.

          BarbieBobomb, it just so happens I'm having the same issue. I did send an email to support (last night) and still waiting a response? "I have purchased: Aliens vs. Predator, Marvel Pinball, Star Wars Pinball all separately and all tables within those separate apps have been purchased. I just recently downloaded Zen Pinball app and hit 'restore'. None of the Aliens vs. Predator, Star Wars tables showed up, and only 5/20 purchased Marvel tables showed up. I tried 'purchasing' Aliens table to see if I would get the message 'this table has already been purchased'; went through all the menus with iTunes as if to purchase (again), and was able to download and see it unlocked. Am I going to have to download all my purchased tables separately? I don't mind this, as long as Im not charged x2 for tables already purchased through the Marvel, Star Wars, and Aliens apps
