Game Center Login issues

Regrant Error

My iPhone (ios10) is signed in to Game Center, but Pinball game says I'm not. No access to online options, leaderboards, etc. Apple says not their problem. What's the trick I'm missing? Thanks!

I'm getting the same thing. It wont allow me to purchase any new tables too, and I get the "Regrant Error". Any help would be great!
