  • Can Not Restore Zen Pinball Games on new iPhone 8+

After purchasing a new iPhone 8+ and restoring from iTunes backup from previous iPhone 6+ (IOS v11.1), now none of the Zen Pinball tables work (except Sorcerer's Lair). The many other tables I have purchased from within the app.
All of the other tables I have purchased (like Pinball HD) work fine.
I am signed in to Game Center. I have tried signing out of my Apple I.D., rebooting the phone, then signing back in. Hitting the shopping cart button should restore I would think, and it attempts to download, but does not, only returning an error message 'unknown error please try again'.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Oh, and I have also deleted and redownloaded the Zen Pinball app.

I have the same problem on my iPad 2.i have 40 ish tables I have previously purchased and can't download any one of them. Would like this fixed or my money back somewhere around 80 to 100 dollars give or takeis a lot of money for something that no longer works. So frustrated.

I am responding to my own thread:
I had also contacted Zen Studios Support through the app and they responded quickly: "We are aware of this issue and Apple reported that it's fixed now."
It is, in fact, fixed now and all of my previously purchased tables restored and downloaded as they should.
Thank you Zen Studios (and Apple)!
