I just bought a table and i cant download it

I can t believe it s the first time a bought in apple apps and i got cheated.
I bought a table in mac app for my mac air i paid $59 mxn pesos but i got nothing it s said unknow error and i try a dozen off times.
i want my money back.

Can't restore pu

I have an iPad 2. I recently purchased the new skyrim table in the Zen Pinball app and after taking my payment the table tried to download. I received an error that read error with download can't connect to iTunes. I then tried to restore the 30 plus tables I had previously purchased with the same error. Everything is up to date. Tried restoring iPad, deleting and reinstalling app. Logging in and out if I tunes....etc. No luck. If someone can povide some insight on how to restore my some 80 dollars in purchases that would be great. Apple said they can do nothing for me and to contact app developer. Please help.
