Just Purchased a Table and I Cannot Download

I just purchased a table and it will not let me download. I get an unknown error occurred during accessing the iTunes Store.

I have had the same issue. Bought the table Star Wars - Droids. Apple Store confirmed the purchase but cant restore anything. I also sent an email to that same address and nobody responded to me yet. I bought it because I wanted to play that thing right away, I dont want to wait for days to be able to do so. You should work this thing to make it easier for your customers so they can get it promptly.
