Black screen - app won’t load

I have an iPhone 7. The pinball app used to work, then I tried to purchase a table a few months ago but got disconnect from internet while doing this. When I tried to go back in the app, it no longer works. When I click on the app it just gives me a black screen. Nothing else. I’ve tried deleting the app and redownloading it. I would like to play this game again. Any ideas of how to fix this?

for me it was working smooth on my iPad Pro when it was running on ios 10 however as I have updated to ios 11.3 whenever now I am opening the app it only loads a blank screen on the start up and crashes after a while automatically. How do I fix it?

Hey Lleez! Thanks for the info! When you tap the Zen Pinball icon and it starts to load, do you see the Zen Studios Logo after a couple of seconds? Do you use Wifi or Mobile connection? Also, can you please tell us which iOS software do you have on your iPhone?

Yes. I only have 14.7GB of 128GB used.
