High scores not being saved

I reported issue this in the Digital Pinball Fans/Zen Studios forum here (first post on page 9):

I previously had 3 of the 4 high scores on Medieval Madness but at some point (I'm guessing after I purchased the unlocked table pack), my high scores were wiped from the table itself. Like you, they are still in the rankings but they have vanished from the table itself. Again like you, I'd get a new high score on the table and after entering my initials, that score is nowhere to be seen.

Glad that you reported it here because at the thread I mentioned it at the above forum, all I heard were crickets...

You may want to report it there as well and also contact Zen with the issue.

When contacting Zen, do so from the Williams Pinball iOS app itself under the Settings gear icon at the top-right of the home screen:
Settings/Contact Us

This will create an email with your device's info so they can better pinpoint the issue.

Done. There is an issue here. Dont know when exactly it happen, but suck a bit. Just hope the fix wont erase my current online leaderboard scores!

Having this issue in Williams Pinball on IOS. When i get a big score, it tell me to enter my three letter name, but it doesnt stay. My score is in the rankings, but not on the table.

My score table contains already my scores only (so mine is the highest) I am playing Zen pinball 2 for years, but as I wrote, since the new free table has been added I can not draw a score even when it is high enough :-( It is quite frustrating and makes me sad after I score a good one.

Strange... maybe something else is going on then. There are many things that frustrate me about the Mac version. Online leaderboards will be great for one.

The trick is that you have to score more than the lowest default top five high scores before you can record your own score. On the Williams tables that is quite tough to do and you first have to put a decent game together before your score will be high enough.

Same issue ...

Since we have the most recent update with the second free table, that is far worse then the first so I don not like on other tables the high scores are not saved.
Now I dont feel the challange in playing since I cant beat my highest scores.
(Yes. I have reinstalled it already)

On my Mac, the game now wants to save all my scores as "new high scores" but no new high scores ever show up. Bought a new table and none of my scores are there even though I got more than the highest listed.

Do I have the latest version? I don't even know how to check.
