White screen issue fixed
FYI: My white screen issue was fixed with upgrade to MacOS Mojave 10.14.4

Why no response?
I guess Zen is choosing not to acknowledge or respond to the issues presented here. I resorted to reinstalling v1.35 from my system backup to regain access to the 35 tables I've previously purchased.

Hi Cloda ,
performance is normal , but now I have another problem.
I have about 40 Zen 2 tables but the openingscreen only shows the first 9 games "My Collection" has 9 very big icons instead of about 70 small icons bought or a to buy items.
I can not reach the about 30 other tables or buy new ones.
Does somebody know a solution to reach all my tables ? I allready tried to restore , but it did not solve the problem.
Help !!!

I wonder what the problem was but it took several months to solve it.

In my case last working version was 1.31. Since then my scores are no longer showed in the scorelist. Makes the game useless.
I bought about 40 tables but I stopped buying new ones. Zen studios does not answer to my mails. I tried to remove the game and to install it again , but still not working. Tried to copy the last working version 1.31 to my computer but still not working. I tried the game on 6 OS X systems 10.09 , 10.10 , 10.11 , 10.12 , 10.13 and 10.14. but no result , only 1.31 works properly op my old 10.9.

Game crashes after black screen on latest 1.35 version
I've encountered an issue after the latest 1.35 version update on OS X 10.7.5.(Which is said to be compatible on the store page for the app.)
After opening the game, it starts loading but crashes with an option to reopen or close. Reopening the game does the same thing. I've completely wiped and reinstalled OS X in hopes of it being some sort of software instability or updating error, but upon redownloading the game I'm greeted by the same error.
Please help, I've just bought some tables in 1.34.1 and I'd like to play them...(1.34.1 worked flawlessly..)
