(game freeze then crash)

Game still freezes on loading screen when loading river skirmish or flag of island. Tried with network and wifi on and off. Cleared cache and rebooted.
Galaxey S3, ANDROID 4.3

Same Problem

I have the sme problem, except strike still loads.
I have the game on my samsung tab 2.0 7 with 4.1.2. The vip AND gold and gems came automatically.

Did you uninstall the old app or data before you downloaded the new updated app?

Crashing on IOS

hey I am having the same problem on IOS. Bought the VIP worked great till last weekend now I can't get a game to start. Freeze crash reboot. tried both a IPad mini and IPhone 5. No luck at all. Is this just me?

Nope - it's not just you. Thanks for the report though, we are looking into it. I noticed that restarting my Mini has helped a bit.
