If yes I don't know why you're not playing already, if not nevermind I did not understand your problem.

I am using Joy2Key for almost a decade and never had a problem with it. You can create profiles for any game and switch between them in one click, you can even map keys to your mouse or a joystick...

It's in the ingame guide for the IronMan table, there is a page that I can't access and trying and visit it crash...

Totally agree with you. The game is fantastic, I did not know about all the very useful and cool options, specially the ball trail, and did not expect that much quality on the visuals and physics....
