Stupid question maybe. How do you change the view on a Mac? I read many posts about view 1 or 1w or 6...I can't figure out which key to use!!

Since I am able to buy other stuff I guess the problem is not my account info. Now it asks for my password, then it says I need to answer security questions and wants my password again. Then it hangs...

Now it asks me for me ID and password but it goes to the App store and it hangs there forever with a blank screen. Any ideas?
