Just use i-rotate freeware and you can rotate your screen with a simple hotkey. The effect will be exactly the same as the official Portrait Mode on Steam PFX3, see my thread here...

For your PFX2 => PFX3 import issues you have to send an e-mail at support@zenstudios.com

Unfortunately you will not be able to import to Switch from Steam or from another console.

You will be able to play PFX3 on your One X, it just won't be native 4K textures since they are not ready yet and no info has been revealed to this day regarding 4K support.

You're welcome and don't worry, import problems happened to many people, including me. What they will do is send you redeem codes, it's really as simple as that.
