I've read a lot about Microsoft's certification processes being a pain. Maybe Zen should go about licensing Minecraft or Halo for tables so Microsoft would be more motivated to get moving faster on...
It's done that since beta. Seems to happen randomly when going to the arena, but when it does it's game over... I posted this bug last year sometime.
Working fine for me on 8.1 aside from the Rome table update never actually updating... uninstall the app and reinstall?
Same here. Is there maybe a manual method of removing a table and then doing a re-sync of the cart to download it again?
Same issue with Rome here.
It's an intermittent issue--- sometimes the ball operates as it should, but then suddenly you'll find it stuck.
Yeah, that's also been an issue with the Windows 8 version of WWH since beta. Still not fixed.
I've mentioned that a couple times before (plus the purely annoying bug where Wolverine's claw sounds don't stop after the mission is over. That's at least not a game-killer.

Yeah I've researched/fiddled exhaustively and there seems to be no stereoscopic 3D support in Metro apps at all for now (I use nVidia's 3D Vision on my htpc) and even trying to force using a...
Now that I've finished Tomb Raider, Bioshock, and Crysis I'll have more time to focus on some pinball again. I can't touch your Boba Fett score! The rest, though... to war! :-)
Bluetooth is notorious for high latency unfortunately. A web search might help out with solutions or tweaks for the input lag (or a driver update for your bt controller and devices) but for my main...
I thought apps had to be coded with 3D support to work. How would a forced 3D be able to tell what depths objects should be if the program doesn't have depth data?
Quickie question for the devs--- sorry if this has been asked before, but is it possible to add stereoscopic 3D support to the Windows 8 app? I know Microsoft has a ways to go to smooth out some...
Worst of all, if Carlos is Brazilian he's probably not even a ginger :-(
Thought it might be helpful for the devs if we could post reproducible/recurring bugs with the tables--- not issues with downloading, signing into an account, etc., just game bugs.
The tables are...
Another Iowa boy! We'll need to join forces to help stop Baz from table domination :-)
With the number of message threads regarding those issues being Microsoft-related (not Zen-related) I'm a little surprised you didn't get the facts straight before you gave up. A shame though as the...
You can do the force checks like that, but Windows 8 will periodically check for updates for all your installed apps and notify you on the store icon.
That's always been broken. When I get to the arena I usually just let the ball drain out back to the main table.
If the update doesn't show up automatically:
Go to the store--> Settings--> App Updates, check for updates.
In the future if you need to force check on updates instead of waiting for them to automatically show up:
Go to the store, then go to Settings--> App Updates--> click 'check for updates'.
I think it took about two days to make Civil War usable. Fun table--- you should try it.
I was never a big Captain America fan (though I LOVE the table except for that accursed far right Skull orbit) so I always start with Iron Man (probably my least favorite table, though still worth...
Thanks! I beat the ball around a while to check it out (I got it on Android a while ago but hadn't played it much) and realized it seems a bit more complex to figure out than, say, Epic Quest :-P The...
