    OS X "Restore your in-app purchases." stucked

    It keeps just saying "Please wait..." forever and ever... :(

    There is no mouse cursor on the secondary monitor connected via HDMI.
    The config is MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014), macOS 10.12.2, Zen Pinball 2 v1.27.

    I deleted only this table, click on the shopping cart icon, which restored it, click on that icon again and it still keeps updating itself... :(
