No Operator Menu options on the Williams tables?

Just curious... I'm really enjoying the new Williams tables in Zen Pinball 2 on my iMac but I've noticed that the 'Operator Menu' option is greyed out...

Perhaps not as 'Live' as previously thought...

Perhaps my experience is unique, but I updated to version 1.5, and purchased...
