All of the original Zen IP tables have been updated with better graphics.

I added a `Pre Formatted` folder that has everything from my collection in one file ready to go ...

Updated with all of the Williams Vol.3 images.

Also updated the Universal and Bethesda images.

I will have to check the next time I am at home, but I do not believe the Mac version has cabinet mode on it. I believe that is Steam only....

I believe Mel said that an update is coming for the option to turn this off. Hopefully it comes with the Williams V.3 update next week. Past that no...
