    Hi all. I need the activation code to activate cabinet mode for future table i will buy. How can i receive that code? Thank you

    How long does this take? I have done it twice and still no code.

    I received my code today and it comes back with UNKNOWN_ERROR

    Hello,

    I have asked for a code a few times now and I continue to have the same problem. It keeps saying "UNKNOWN_ERROR" when I enter the code. Can you please assist?

    How long does it usually take to get a response? I have sent multiple emails to support, but have yet to receive a response. Just wondering if I should be sending the email or questions somewhere else?

    I believe we sent out all codes to all the requests today and yesterday. Did you get it?

    Hello,

    Why does it take so long to get support? I have been asking the same question since January 26th and I still don't have a solution. When I respond to a question it takes 1-4 days for someone to respond. I require a cabinet unlock code for Pinball FX2. You have sent me two different codes that both produce "UNKNOWN_ERROR". This morning I received an email with the exact same code again. These are not working.

    Hello,
    I'm concerned as well about cabinet mode not being part of my purchase. I purchased the Star Wars bundle off Steam assuming it has cabinet mode but it looks like I have to request a code to enable this functionality and it seems like the codes don't work.
