Game Voice Missing

Hello,

Xbox 1: The game voice has been missing for a couple of weeks now. All,other SFX working properly, have checked audio settings and they are all good. Any ideas on a fix?

The voice that announces the different missions, "Sire" at the beginning of the game, etc. Pretty much all.

Please don't bump threads multiple times. Can you please list what troubleshooting steps you may have already tried? As a last resort you might try reinstalling but let me know what you've tried so far (restarting/adjusting in-game settings, etc).
