    Unhappy Civil War Transfer

    Hi!
    I bought Civil War table this morning in my Xbox 360, but it isn't transfering to Xbox One, the game asks me to pay for it.

    I've noticed the the "buy/import" button only says buy. I don't know if it is something related.

    Try logging in on the Xbox store via browser and see if it still tries to charge you for the Xbox One version

    Yes it does.
    Maybe it's because the offer, but I bought tables on sale previously and never got a transfer problem.

    Does it show up as "ready to install" under "Manage Game" on your Xbox One?

    No, it doesn't.
    I've tried searching it in xbox one store and it appears to be bought too.

    I'll try again later, giving the system some time, but I don't remember to need to wait for so long with other past purchases.

    Hi!
    I've tried again, from inside game, through xbox one store, through web store and through the manage game in xbox one, and the table is still asking to pay for it.

    The same thing happened when Deadpool went on sale. Maybe when Microsoft does the temporary price drop, the crossbuy feature doesn't work.

    After the sale ended w/ the Deadpool table, the Xbox One version showed as free to buy if you owned the Xbox 360 version.

    Probably the same will happen with this.

    Maybe after the sale ends after May 2nd see if the Xbox One version is free.

    I think you're right - weird that it messes with entitlements though. I'll let the team know!

    I'm also having the same trouble so hopefully as you say, at the end of the sale.

    Could you also confirm that all imported titles are exactly the same in look and playability as if you'd bought them straight on the Xbox One please? Cheers.

    Yep - tables are the same

    Hopefully not - we've let MS know about this so we're hoping they can clear it up before the sale ends

    Ok, I'll keep trying and will inform if it's working.

    Meanwhile I'll keep playing on the 360 hoping to be solved sooner than later.

    I hope MS listen to you someday and they fix it. At least for future tables and sales coming.

    Well, I've tried now once more and now the table appears in the "ready to install" under the manage game menu, but once in the game it still needs to be paid and in the store is still available to buy (as if I don't own it) and still being unable to play it on xbox one.

    I'll keep you informed if there are any news on it.

    Microsoft has let us know that this should now be fixed - please let me know if you still have trouble!

    Having the same problem as the others above. Just checked ...it is not fixed. You cannot access Civil War on the XBOX One.

    Hi again.

    It has been partly solved.

    Now when I enter to Pinball FX2 if I go quick I can select the table and I can play it, but if I wait few seconds, the table appers again available to buy, but selecting it says "you've got it", but it cannot be played.

    So if you select the table quickly, you can play. If you wait you can't.

    It is becoming weirder with time XD

    Well, I hope it would work properly someday.

    I purchased this while it was on sale for xbox one. I'm entirely unable to play it though. When I click on the table it only has a buy button with no price and tells me I can get it in my games and apps collection. When I hit manage game on Pinball FX it shows up as installed in the DLC. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, same thing.

    Same exact problem here. If it doesn't get fixed soon...I need to request a refund because we only play the XBOX One at home these days.

    I also purchased "civil war" first thing when the sale began. I was able to play until when I returned to it a bit later that evening and now I'm having the same issue - when selected it will always only tell me I already own the table, (have tried reinstalling etc) yet it remains grey'ed out and unplayable.

    My "Paranormal" table is also effected, installed yet remains grey'ed out and unplayable.


    - Hoping to see Pinball fx in the May 3rd xbox one sales After buying Aliens v pinball, it's brought me back to fx2 anticipating buying a more tables and star wars packs for the collection.

    Yep, seems this is affecting more than just the civil war table. I just tried purchasing one of the Star Wars collections and it is also doing the same thing.

    A number of my Star Wars tables are grayed out as well...and like the poster above, I get Civil War highlighted for a second or so before it goes to gray.

    Default A Work-around

    This is not a fix but I found a way to play these tables with this issue.

    Immediately when you boot up the game and load the table selection, the tables appear as playable for a few seconds. - therefore you have a short window of time to get to them and select them. If your table is a few tabs further down, spamming the bumper button to get to the tab you want may interrupt the loading and allow you the time to get to the effected table, such as star wars.

    I'm able to select and play my effected tables - 'Civil War' and 'Paranormal' with this method.

    Lets see if this issue corrects itself after the Civil War sale

    Thanks for letting me know! I haven't heard an official word from MS but hopefully it is fixed permanently. I'll still post when I hear the word but I have seen other reports that this is now working. Thank you all for your reports!
