Wrong Ladder and Rank Reset
Good news, my progress is fine and my Combat Arena tickets have reset.
But my ally code is now different and I am on a different ladder and last on rank 10,000.
OH HELL NO, I am NOT level 9.
Thats it, im done. After all the crap ive been through with the recent events, I am NOT starting over.
I'm still lvl 1 :-(

Maybe everyone got a new account but we were spared because our data is stored on our device but those using Google Play is on the server?
That, what is happen this weekend here, that I saw newer before. Till today I thought, that Bigpoint in Dark orbit have the worst of the worst game support.

Same here, all progress is gone. I'm patient but I'm starting to get really pissed.
Nope. But I'm also not using google play.
I've worked my way up to rank 5000 ish, up I'm going to hold off spending any plasma to go further in case support somehow restores things to where they were. I'm guessing it will take 10-15 more arena fights just to break top 100.
Still no news ? OK if I have to start all over again I'm done.

OK WTF everything was fine late last night when I was FINALLY able to log into the damn game I even dinged to lvl 61 and was able to get a bunch of stuff done.....I log in today and I am level 1 and everything is reset and I MEAN EVERYTHING my VIP IS GONE.... I'm level 1 every one of my planes are gone ...what the hell is going on.....this is beyond little mistakes this is getting to rediculous.....another day of bull and I can't do anything today....and of coarse it's on a Sunday the most important day of the week....another day where I lose 1,350,000 of currency and parts to upgrade planes.......it took them almost 48 hours to fix the last freaking problem and this one has undone a crap ton of my time and money again WTF!!!!!

For those that have kept their rank......the Blitzkrieg Event with Lt Wagner is starting in about an hour.
Update: 150 blueprints on the 1st mission......COOL! 5 stars!!!

Of coarse it is and those of us who play this game every day and have high ranks are f'd and are pissed this is just f'ing fantastic....
I'm level 9 when using Google Play but I'm 61 when logged in as Guest.
How do you log in as guest, I dont understand how this can happen in teh first place.

All my progress is gone too. IOS
No way I'm playing this game anymore, staying away and warning everyone away from ZEN studios after this BS.
And right when I started to reach and hold arena rank 1 too.

Missing out on daily bonus and missed out on over 1mil credits not to mention everything else im missing out on.
150 blueprints? All I get is random credits. 100-300,000. Really sucks getting the 100 amount over and over.
It looks that we have "how to kill game" live now ... If somebody thing that when they destroy my account with VIP 7, on 30. position on ladder, cca 7x 5*ships and other ships near 5*, I will continue from 1 lvl, then I said no. And if account will not be repaired really soon, then I will do maximum for return my money back. Im angry still for it, that they give me nothing for 50 missing blueprints of Space ship one.

Was your Alien Defender KIN already on 5 stars? Mine was 4 stars when the event started.
Yeah, it cost 200,000 event credits just to open 1 supply drop and I am getting mainly unwanted blueprints. At least we can play the event.
Lost all my progress yesterday after I was finally able to login again. I'm giving them 1 more day and then I'm demanding my money back.
I found, that my game UserId was changed during weekend (in this I see core of problem) and I wrote it to game support. Now I'm really curious, what will they do with it and how fast. New event is here and what reparation will give us.
And I'm really curious too, when they start communicate with us.

We had a serious server issue last night, that's why your progress have been reset. We were able to restore the database from a backup, so you should get back your progress once you sign into the game next time.

Ladder Reset & Different Ladder
I just got a new userID, ally code and I am just got transfered to another ladder and I am on rank 9999.
2nd time today so devs must be reseting server and hard at work.

On my new ladder there are already players at level 70. I want to go back to my previous ladder where the highest ranked was only level 60.
Lvl 70? By my opinion is really strange. I thought, that it is impossible in time from new version start.

I have VIP lvl 7 and by my oppinion is not possible to reach so much EXP so fast. Only developers accounts could have this lvl legaly, by my opinion.

With enough cash, you could buy refills and be at level 70.

Yes, I know it. But those refreshes are not unlimited. And prices increases with more refreshes. And I thing that with those limits is not possible reach 70 lvl so fast.
