PS4 PRO Issue with Zen Pinball 2

This game installed on a PS4 Pro is completely unplayable. Constant and huge framerate drops making the pinball skip everywhere on multitudes of different tables. With such an increase in hardware over the older PS4, this should not be happening. Please make a fix for the pro, I want to enjoy pinball again!

Does this happen every time you play or was it just a one time thing?

Everytime I have tried to play it. Tested twice with each firmware update rolled out for the pro.

Thanks for letting me know. Have you tested it today or within the last couple of days? Just want to make sure it's still happening before I report the issue to the pinball team for investigation.

I tested it for about 3 minutes today, and nothing happened, however, I don't have the time to do a thorough test. It took a couple games before it actually started becoming unplayable. I would still like it if they would make certain please. I really like the game and would hate to have anyone else experience issues like I have on the PS4 Pro. It looks beautiful in upscaled 4k!

I'll let the team know, though they won't be able to check this out until after they return from break after the holidays

The team is looking into this but would like to know the television model and picture settings (resolution/mode/HDR settings). Thanks!
