The only blue prints and platina prints for this unit are in the mini games like "protect marine one". I cannot collect more than 15 platina prints for this unit despite receiving them. Is this a bug?
You are right, Alien Tug EM was only available in the Mothership Attack event.
We will update the Blueprint Agent later this week so these (and some other - formerly - event exclusive blueprints) will be available there.
