I have the same problem on windows 10. On my xbox one i have 58/68 tables it's ok and no problem with import , but on Win 10 i see 45/68 when i try import tables appears message "please wait" 10 second next message "Downloading table 0%" 1 second and finale message "an error occurred while downloading. Please try again later". If i try purchase one more time table appears message "Unknown error, please try again" And so it lasts for a few days. The only good news is that it works on Xbox one

still unable to import ant-man on ps4
Managed to install most of my previously purchased tables but FX3 still refusing to acknowledge that I have purchased Ant-man previously. All other (the complete collection) of marvel and star wars tables have now installed on my PS4. Have re-installed FX2 for now until fixed.
I've tried everything for Ant Man on PS4. Redownloading the demo pack, deleting the whole game and redownloading, restoring licences. I'm guessing we'll have to wait on another patch.
guys if you had trouble with the windows 10 store version imports, try again it seems something is changed because the import function on my windows 10 store version worked all of a sudden when retrying it.

you have to use the windows 10 xbox app and click the store from there, search each pinball table / pack you owned in pinball fx2 (on 360) manually and click on the get button. I had to do this before that worked. The thing i was talking about was a problem with import tables being detected but the game unable to download them resulting in an download error message with retry option. That downloading part is what seems to be fixed.

FOLLOW-UP: I made a purchase from that link and it does not add the Dr. Strange table to FX3. I've sent an email to Zen support to see if there's anything I can do.
EDIT - CORRECTION: I got it to work. The solution is to purchase the table in the FX2 game, download the table to FX2, and then launch FX3 and hit X at the main menu. That will download Dr. Strange or any added FX2 game into FX3.

I have an account that bought 2 tables on Windows 10, for FX2(Civil War and Aliens). Quite a while ago now. Is there any way to import them to FX3 on Xbox? I don't have a working PC at the moment so all my Pinball is on Xbox, and I just remembered I had those tables and thought maybe I could get them.

OK what I did was to buy the individual tables or cheaper priced packs for FX2 then once it was installed I imported it to FX3 I didn't even pay for individual tables as I earned Microsoft points by searching with Bing and doing quizzes then exchanged the points for a £3 or £5 Microsoft voucher Which I bought the Xbox tables with, alas FX2 has been removed from the store now so even if you still have FX2 installed you can't buy the tables, found that out this morning trying to buy Paranormal ended up buying the FX3 version of Walking Dead, surely tables that were sold solo for FX2 should be available solo for FX 3, I'm not buying a pack for £8 just to get 1 table I don't own (saying that they might be working on it as I noticed the SciFi pack paranormal comes in wasn't on the store today).
They are still listed for xbox 360 and i bought them from there ingame just a few days ago, then for some i needed with win 10 store work around (buy pfx2 xbox one individual tables, actually just press get to get the license as you own them) to make import work on fx3. Unfortunatly i had never owned / bought pinball fx2 on xbox one as i had just bought it beginning of the month so i can't "get" it anymore, store page says it's unavailable and pindball FX2 or Pinball FX2 windows 10 edition don't seem to have an import feature or give access to the bought tables, but i guess there was never an import path like this because play anywhere was not available at that time) not certain what system you are refering to though.
The console I was referring to is Xbox One, Some of the tables I have Bought as part of a bundle on Xbox One are not being found to import on Win 10, might try getting them from the windows store as I have seen suggested a few times, it's the one thing I haven't tried yet.
there was a new windows 10 store update today all pinball fx3 tables i had bought on xbox one and show up in my library don't have the download button anymore in that version, in the previous version it did. I have a topic created about being able to download those tables from within the store itselve here https://forum.zenstudios.com/showthr...rectly&p=78342 the tables are flagged as not being available on windows desktop at least thats what i had found out when the download button was still available in the previous store version. It produced the same error everywhere. It could still be that zen flagged them wrong somehow or that we never were supposed to be able to download from store directly only ingame.
Also the bought tables (pfx3 versions) on xbox one never import using the import feature in windows 10 (at least they did not with me) (xbox one PFX2 versions do, as do xbox 360 pfx2 ones but with some need the xbox app trick it's important to use the store from xbox app and not store from windows itselve to search for tables in this case). What i had to do is click on any grey table icon so you end up in the packs / bundles screen. Scroll through this list normally for each pack / bundle you had bought on xbox one pfx3 (so three) there should be a download & play button instead of buy clicking that play & download button should download the tables ingame. However there are a few problems with certain tables & xbox play anywhere. Some of the packs / bundles bought on xbox one show a purchase button instead of download & play button clicking it produces unknown error. If it's a similar problem (like you bought on or own on PFX3 (not pfx2 as that should use import then) xbox one but tables listed as purchase ingame on win 10 store version) it might be a good idea to check that topic and add your information as well. If this tables didn´t import from FX2 now i can accept that , what i can not accept is that the FX 2 isn't available anymore for download in Xbox ONE.
I delete FX2 because i download the FX3 , now i want FX2 again with all the tables i bought , why i can download ? it doesn't appear any where, in my library or if i search in the store.

In Steam i own all released tables until now and all was imported.
In my PS4 also imported well.
However FX2 in steam is no more....
They have removed FX2 from all stores, you can only import tables you had on FX2 because what you own is on your account, I think FX2 was taken down to stop people getting the cheaper FX2 tables and importing them to FX3, as for the four tables you can't import, I can't help you there as I have all four working, but I do know you can't get Ninja Gaiden, street fighter or any of the southpark tables as there were issues with the liscences and they have not been updated for FX3.

i've bought a Xbox One X yesterday and first of all i installed Pinball FX 3 and then wanted to import my tables from Xbox 360.
Star Wars Pinball packs Balance of the Force and Heroes Within were imported successfully.
But the following packs are missing:
Zen Core Collection,
Zen Classics,
Marvel Original Pack with the tables Blade, Iron Man, Spider-Man and Wolverine
I've tried to import the missing packs today again, but without success :-(
Please, can anyone from Zen Studios help?

Don't know if this will work but try looking for them on the store, once you own them it should let you download them again, I had this issue when it switched from FX 2 to FX3 and that's how I solved it, I'll very likely have the issue again when I get my One X next week, failing that method I'd go to "my games and apps" highlight FX3 press the menu button choose "manage game" uninstall the DLC then reinstall it from "ready to Install" or the store then shut down the xbox and restart it then see if they (A) are there in the menu or (B) will Import.

Help McLovin! Specific to xbox one
Hi, I have read all the import problems, (I think), and my case is a bit unique. I NEVER had an xbox one until yesterday. I owned 64 tables on the 360. I know some did not get updated for licensing, but I am still unable to import many of them I owned on the 360.
The difference, in my case, I think, is that I never got the xbox one version of FX2. It's gone. My accounts were linked properly via Microsoft, everything is fine on that end.
Logic told me to get the xbone version of FX2, then import all my 360 tables, then get FX 3 after that. But I could not ghet FX2 to do that first step, so I downloaded FX3. It recognizes some of my tables from the 360, around 30. But for a bunch of the ones I owned already on 360 it wants me to re-buy. I did the import function from within the game and it let me download just a few more, like 4 tables from that. I have tried the web version of the store on Microsoft site, as well as the store on the console for these missing tables and it just keeps telling me that these individual tables I already owned must be purchased as a pack.... PLEASE HELP. Thanks!
I cannot get Earth Defense, Paranormal, Epic Quest, and a whole ton of MARVELs to import at all, and I own them.

For me it's on and off. Every so often I start the game I am missing a number of tables. When I exit and restart the game, they're back.

Yesterday i downloaded pinball fx3 and I was glad to see there was an import function, cause on the xbox 360 I bought a lot of tablets for fx2.
After pressing x i got the message that there were no tables to import.
After Reading this topic, i tried to import the tables first to fx2 on the xbox one, but there i got the message that i was unable to buy the tables.
Now i dont know what to do and hope you Guys can help me to tell me what to do, cause i dont want to pay again for these tables.

Am I to assume that I can only import tables I purchased on an Xbox One to Pinball FX3?
None of the tables I owned for the original Xbox 360 Pinball FX or FX2 imported, nor did the tables I bought on Android, iOS or Steam. Since I own everything on other platforms, this is more than a little troubling.
Yes guys, we were supposed to import our 360 tables (the ones they actually made for fx3) to xbox one. I am in the same boat, except that MOST did eventually import. Still, I have lost most of the Marvel tables I bought as well as 3 "zen classics".
If you run FX3 on the xbone, and some tables are "greyed out" and you have tried to use the import function as well as looking up the tables in the store, and it still does not allow importation, well that is contrary to Zen's promise at launch. If you owned them on 360, these tables should NOT BE GREYED OUT. My oh my, this is quite a mess that they created. Fx2 was sooooo flawless basically, I expected the same correct functionality with FX3 but it seems they are clueless as to how to fix this. As one of the most loyal customers, I am about ready to plug my 360 back up and forget about any new purchases from them, until they fix this issue and give Microsoft players what they promised.
Sorry if this sounds harsh, but how could they have possibly messed something basic up so bad, unless it's Microsoft fault? ! I am understanding that things happen, but also, it's been well over a month and they haven't even fixed account functionality yet.
Since you guys broke the importing to fx2, nothing works right.
Not only can I not import my 360 - xbox one tables, but i also bought doctor strange so I didn't spend so much extra on the bundle, but because I bought it on 360, I can't import it to xbox one, so i can't import it to fx3. I was going to buy the epic quest table since I have the other one in the bundle, but I would be in the exact same situation.
Fix the importing to fx2 and then everything will be fixed. Why even get rid on the middle piece of the puzzle without a fix for the end?
I have imported tables fine from xbox 360 to xbox1 fx2 and then to fx3. I have also bought a few tables on xbox 360 since the launch of fx3 and imported them fine so not everyone has this problem

only Walking Dead, Portal, recent Marvel and Star Wars tables and packs, Castle Storm & Wild West, will import.

I have just bought marvel avengers pack on 360 and it will not import to xbox 1 fx2 so I see what you mean now. I get an unable to purchase message when I click to buy in fx2 on xbox1. Is there anyway around this?

Yes or tell us this is ok we just have to buy it again and then we get a refund. Honestly this is disappointing. If you add the exclusive portrait mode on the Steam version, i'm going to really regret buying the One...

I did write an e-mail to Mc Lovin then Bobby, waiting for a satisfying solution. I thought I could just get codes or buy the packs then get a refund.
Those packs are concerned :
Zen Originals, Sci-Fi Pack, Collection Origine, Marvel Packs 1 and 2... I had all of those tables on 360, but the game won't "see" them !! No matter what I do...
They appear in 360 downlaod history in the web browser though, but when I click on "download to 360", it has no repercussion onto the One whatsoever.
The billing history only brings back to october 2013, and I'm pretty sure the problems occur for everything that was purchased before. I purchased everything the releasing day or short after, then I purchased almost everything again on Steam. I had been encouraging Zsolt ever since the first PinballFX. Look, I'm on the forum since September 2010...

On the Steam front, I had the issue with missing tables again on Steam this weekend, for the first time in quite a while. This was the issue where the DLC packs that don't show on the FX3 Steam page as being owned do not show up in game as being owned, even though they were purchased as individual tables on FX2. Restarting the game solves the problem, but this shouldn't still be happening. It seems like you are re-doing the "import"every time, but not actually saving the results to our account's FX3 DLC records.
I suspect the easiest way to fix it is to get Steam to update everyone's FX3 DLC collection so that they "own" the DLC in FX3, and stop relying on doing a check against the FX2 records every time. That would also mean that the DLC would list properly on the FX3 Steam page.

My only comment now is about the lack of helpful posts in this thread by zen up until the 21st of november, despite it being the specific purpose sticky thread they wanted us to post in, I feel that was a little inappropriate and disrespectful.
My email to support was not read properly the first time, well, the completely incorrect reply has me questioning if it was even read at all, upon reiterating the same points I sent the first time, the 2nd reply did at least indicate understanding of the issue, even if it did just conclude that it was microsofts issue and I just had to wait, shame that was not posted here where it would have also helped others that were confused, frustrated and waiting.
But all good now, thank you once again, I go to play fx3 until my vr headset comes at xmas & In can install fx2 vr

Owning the Switch tables gets you nothing on anything else. Now if you owned say tables on the 360 then you could port them to the Xbox one. Same with PS3 to 4. So far Nintendo has never had this feature due to the structure set up from generation to generation. Same goes for if you own a ps4 you can import to the Switch or the other way around.

I actually have the same issue with Doctor Strange... all my 3 tables were bought seperately except only Captain America & Fantantic Four were transferred over to my xbox one/win10 account and I am not able to do so with doctor strange table as it says it's part of a bundle... any suggestions?

I've got a technical issue... I've just got an Xbox One X and tried the table import from my 360 purchases on FX2, there should be around 46 tables that are valid for FX3 that I own. Tables imported? 6, and I can't seem to get that to change no matter what I try
Tables imported:
Star Wars Pinball (Boba Fett, Clone Wars, Episode V)
Civil War
Carnivals & Legends (Adventure Land, Son of Zeus)
The last pack I picked up when it was offered free several months ago, so I guess I've only actually imported 4 tables from FX2 over all.

Hi, can anybody help? I want to play the pfx3 Windows 10 version but I cannot download my purchased tables.
I did purchase on pfx2 with xbox360. I have tried but still it will not import. Either it finds no tables to import or it fails to connect and then asks me to retry later.

I have the following 360 tables stuck in limbo.
1) Epic quest on 360. i do not have an xbox one, and ndo not have fx2 for windows 10.
2) vengeance and virtue on x360. same
3) ms Explosion man. I cannot own this fo rPC ever now, because i didn't down windows 10 fx2 before it was delisted.
4) mars free windows 8, though it seems it's been CHANGED from free to ad supported. or were the free tablse ad supported all along? Currently win 8 pfx2 has all zen and marvel tables as ad supported free, with option to buy, and star wars not ad supported.
I'm not expecting mars, because it was free and replaced with free sorcerer's lair,, and expect that because it doesnt' exist for fx3, i'm screwed and can no longer get Ms. Splosion man for fx2 windows 10, but i should be entitled to play Epic Quest, Moon knight, ghost rider, Thor, and X-Men in fx3 windows 10 version.
I have no way to flag myself as owning xbone fx2, and MS won't do it.
Am i screwed?!?!
gamertag zaphod77, and it's clearly obvious that i own those tables.
EDIT: okay finally talked MS into fixing it. i had to screenshot the xbox marketplace pages to prove to them i owned the tables. the issue is that if they were bought with MS points, they do not show on your purchase history. the points themselves do show but not what you spent them on. so i couldn't get proof of purchase, even though i owned them. i begged and pleaded and they credited my account and bought the tables for me for fx3 windows 10, because i proved that i was entitled to have them free for fx3.
This is only an issue if you do not own fx2 for xbox one (which was me). if you do own it just try to buy the 360 tables in that, then they restore fine.

Am I able to import my tables/scores from my PS3 to my brand new Nintendo Switch? I have purchased almost all the tables. If not, can you let me know what the least expensive way to purchase them all back would be? Is there any way that my high scores can be imported across platforms as well? I'm very excited to play FX3!
no, you cannot switch across companies.
here is what works.
sony to sony works (zp and zp2 to ps4 fx3)
ms to ms works (this includes native windows 10 version)
steam to steam (steam fx2 to fx 3)
I don't own an Xbox One yet and only have a Mac with Zen Pinball 2. When I saw that I had to play the game and restore my table on FX3 on XBox one if I want to keep them in future, I arranged with a friend of mine to use his Xbox One. It only took a half and hour or so for me to log, download the game and restore my purchases. You can probably still do it... my motivation at that stage was that they gave the Carnival etc. tables for free for a short while.

Welcome and nice to have you around! I'm sure I'm not just speaking for myself as a FX2 / 3 veteran, but it is exciting to have players with vast amounts of real life experience around. I really hope Zen makes a plan to meet with you or at least to get your input on Williams / Bally tables (before they are released) so that they can be as close to the real thing as possible. Please pass any tips you have on playing these super fast (for real life noobs) tables

Come on guys! Is anyone there? The lack of response is pretty ridiculous. I sent an email to support last Wednesday and have yet to hear a reply, others have also said there is no one manning the support email. My xbox gamertag is 'downrazor'.
Some of my tables have been properly imported to my xbox one, the problem is that others don't import and are missing. I have done the other steps highlighted in the thread (uninstall, restart, reinstall, import, find page on microsoft store and try to download from that) and none of them have restored the missing tables. Here is what I am missing:

Earth Defense
Secrets of the Deep
Pasha
Rome
Biolab
Epic Quest
Marvel:
Blade
Wolverine (awesome that it is the multiplayer table this week and I can't use it)
Iron Man

I am also missing 'Plants vs Zombies' but I realize that this won't be offered on FX3.

Can someone please address this issue? It is very shady for a company to keep producing content but never provide customer support. I realize it is ONLY $25 or so but it really gets under my skin that there is no response to any of the emails sent or anything recent in either of the two threads I posted a reply in..

Yeah, I read this thread, then sent an email to support@zenstudios.com on October 17th. After waiting until Tuesday of the following week I started a thread and after getting no response there I copied the content to this thread. I would kind of understand if they would just say "hey, you bought those before they were combined under a new bundle AND you never played them on the xbox one when FX2 was available, so there is no way for us to reinstate them", but I don't even get that!
I have copies of the receipts from microsoft that list them as the items, and two of the bundles are identical as far as content goes (marvel one with wolverine, and their core pack), so in my mind I should at least be entitled to those. The others have been combined into packs so I know that is more difficult to work out.. But 'no response' makes me want to just swear off the company, there are many other games out there for me to spend my money on and I had no problem stepping away from FX2 for a year and a half..

You're welcome and don't worry, import problems happened to many people, including me. What they will do is send you redeem codes, it's really as simple as that.
Try sending them another email. It's possible that your previous email got lost in the system.
Alternatively, you could send McLovin a private message. I saw him active on the forum yesterday..

How is this a proper way to deal with a resolvable issue? Please don't disrespect your users!! I would continue to spend money on more tables but I do need this issue resolved!
I am having this problem also, I just get an error message that says to try again. I owned a ton in fx2, and have purchased more on switch for my kid. what gives?
For your PFX2 => PFX3 import issues you have to send an e-mail at support@zenstudios.com
Unfortunately you will not be able to import to Switch from Steam or from another console.
What about Android?
I'm missing Southpark on Android. I can't search all of the posts. There are just too many. Does this mean the table I paid for is gone forever?
