Default They're just has to be more focus on tournaments

Seriously, match up is just a grind suited for those who can muster 20 mill and put in the time needed. The real challenge is in going up against real players and besting them, but as it stands now, you can enter a tournament and then quick restart when you know you have no chance and then want to come back to it later and find out you are ranked at the bottom just for entering without even posting a score and guess what you get 25 points even if you come in 30th vs coming in first. If you dont post a score then dont be ranked. I should have the option to quit if I want If I dont post a score. Also, there should be a better tallying of completions to show what percentage without adding in games we did not complete to show what percentage you place in top position. I think a cool option is for you to suggest competing against those in our same percentile on tables we are favorably matched. Just saying this could be something special. I think it would be awesome if you could use driveclub as a model to have clubs and show individual point ranking vs club ranking based on your win percentage or domination. There is so much you could do here and match up is, well, boring as hell and just a grind suited for those who dont have jobs.

All great suggestions. It's really great having people like you cantankerous who are really active in the community and have ideas about the game.

Will write these up as feature suggestions.
