When the ball is in active play, view '0' is removed from the available camera angles.
i.e. It can only be selected when the ball is waiting in the plunger section of the table.
For clarity here are the available viewing angles
Pre-launch table views: 0/1/1w/2/3/4/5/6/7
Mid-gameplay table views: 1/1w/2/3/4/5/6/7
Apologies if this is already known and an intentional gameplay decision (note: this camera view restriction was also present in PFX2).
