How come "Inferno" table doesn't work in iOS 5?

I think Zen Studios is on to something here as there are hardly any pin ball software games around really but how come I can't play Zen's older "Inferno" table on my 4S?? They had developed that one with PublisherX. Updates, anybody??

I keep hinting at those 2 old tables from zen , inferno and rollercoaster, but so far, very few people know them, even zen doesn't seem to remember them.
When i changed my ipod i wasn't able to redownload those two tables it seems they have vanished from appstore and from my download history too!
