Zen has done wonders to the virtual pinball arcade style platform. All the talbe are wondergully design very unique, Deep, and just all a blast to play. Hulk is easier than I expected since the guy made Iron Man and Thor tables which most say are tough. It's a blast to play and might be another table that is as deep as x-men.

Favorite table so far is Fear Itself. It's deep, missions are fantastic and tough to beat. The table doesn't score many points but all I have to say it's probably the most difficult out of the 4.

Yup and Zen does it's magic again. Making fans smile and want more. I'm definitely loving that Avengers table. Totally agree with tenorhero, Fear Itself is the hardest but deep and great missions.

Yeah! You can do that once you receive the update to transfer tables to ZP2

No problem! ZP2 FTW! I'm so jealous of what Vita and PS3 owners get right now. Being an owner of a 3DS, we are getting Marvel Pinball 3D in the next coming weeks. Lucky Vita owners can play their own music on tables. But at least we're getting DLC and get 3D effects LOL

I said the "PS3 version" has 3D support. The Vita version doesn't, because the screen isn't compatible.

ok I started this tread n ty all for keeping it real, but a couple things I need to ask. On The Avengers table is that the real voice of Robert Downey Jr when he says "Pepper I need some help here" aka Iron Man. Actually I know is n not some cheap payoff voice like on the Iron Man table itself. Loki sounds like the real actor too but I know Robert Downey Jr. voice in a heartbeat. So Zen must have had some BLING BLING saved up for that LOL .

Ok last thing on the Hulk table why does the Hulk have a big vocabulary LOL and talks clearly. In my view Hulk should have words mumbled just curious.

PS If you all do one more set of Marvel tables how about you all get a cameo by Stan Lee on a table? He is the Marvel God that has helped build comics so you all at Zen could create these Awesome tables.

PSS A Lantern table would be awesome " WILL vs FEAR " Green Lanterns vs Yellow Lanterns i know its off topic n Dc Comics but still would be a hit ok i am going to shut up now lets see the comments fly.

If they got RDJ or any other celebrity to do the voices, they would have told us. They sound good! But, I don't think it's RJD or Tom Hiddleton(think that's his last name, Loki)

As for Hulk's voice, you would have to read/watch the Planet Hulk movie/comics to understand.

Zen will NEVER do DC comics, sorry!

Let me tell you something snake Zen never tells us it all lol. If you hear the distinction in the Iron Man table itself and the The Avengers table thats RDJ voice or a dam good voice over but its RDJ.

A Lantern table would be very awesome.

But my biggest thing is to have a cameo of Stan Lees voice in one of the next Marvel set of tables like i said if it wasnt for him we wouldn't be playing these awesome tables Zen has created for us and Marvel.

And yeah I dont read to many comic books but Hulk sounds better with his words mumbled. Last note Stan Lee was part of Dc Comics in the very beginning so Bring on the Light and The FEAR that consumes you.

There's definitely a notable difference between the two tables audio, but obviously, with all the iron man movies n merch, that isn't really surprising. I could see them using one of the voices from a recent toy or somethin, but there is still a bit too much synthesizer in it to really be Downey, imo.

Plus I kinda think he's the sorta guy, that if he was really gunna do it himself, either he or the designers would wanna have him take his helmet off n make it clear that it is. He usually happy, to openly endorse projects he's a part of, n I don't see why the designers wouldn't be too.

You are correct sir. One of the other threads (which was heavily ignored), Barbie asked for questions for New Generation Pictures. This is the studio that does the voice work in their games.

New Generation Pictures is a company that does voice work for a lot of sectors of the entertainment industry, such as animation, video games and radio/TV commercials.

They have a lot of talented voice actors that work for them and quite a few of them have a wide voice range. Some of them can even sound like well known celebrities.

What a great compliment! I will have to tell Jonathan (our voice acting director) that the voices sound like the real deal! None of the voices are the actors from the movies, sorry to say, that would have cost an arm and a leg! I will be posting the voice acting Q&A this week on the blog. Also, if you have any more questions for Jonathan after reading the first Q&A, let me know (either message me or post here/on the blog) and I'll add it to the list for Q&A round 2

As much as we'd love to, it's extremely unlikely. I think you'll forget all about DC once you see our next big license. It's KILLING me that I can't talk about it yet, I know you guys are going to love it!

It's quite alright, Barbie. Most of us here aren't upset about you all not doing DC. We're good with Marvel. Also I look forward to hearing in the future what's to come. I will certainly be here when you finally get to announce it. Judging from your excitement already, I can tell it will be pure AWESOMENESS!

They do an excellent job playing to the character, n not just the actors voice patterns. I really like that they are more true to stan lee's marvel persona than some of the movies really held to.

Spidey is the most prominent case. There wasn't nearly enough wit n sass in the movies. He's suppose to be a genius, who has an answer for everythin - a genuine cynic, through n through. It may not be as apparent as it should be on the tables, but thats more due to a lack of opportunities. Most of the lines do show it, tho. (save "the goblin's always greener")
It's at least more pronounced than the all the movies, combined.

Just outta a sordid curiosity, have y'all had any celebrities come forward as zen pb players?

With the tremendous resurgence, in an otherwise vacant market - I would imagine some of the glamorous have taken to the game.
Obviously, if they have, they've chosen to remain anonymous to us, so I'm merely askin for a yes or no.

I can just think of a few artists that have the right perspective to be pinheads. Got me wonderin...

Not that I know of! Although Sean Baby from Cracked.com plays a lot and tweets about it on occasion. Not sure if he qualifies as a "celeb" but he's a pretty well known crazy person/writer

I use to practice for 12 years doing voice work on my own. I would try to use different tones and range my voice as high as a girls to as low as Barry White (which is pretty easy for me seeing as I naturally have a deep voice). Well I stopped anyway, but I can do a whole lot of characters from cartoons to even movie stars.

Anyway, I really liked the VA for Thanos. He seemed to have captured Thanos essence and mannerisms to the point. I like most of the VA's actually. Thanos just popped in my head first. LOL

Well Barbie you already coughed up the Answer to Zens next big license deal so it prolly has to do with somthing that has a series tio it like....

    Ghostbusters
    Transformers
    Starwars
Back to The Future this table would be be cool . Think about getting the Dolreen up to 88 miles a hr then having the pinball table transform to a 1955 look theme with the only way to get back is to get the pieces in place to have a lighting bolt hit the clocktower which transforms the pinball table back to 1985 look etc etc.

those are my thoughts about the next big license deal.
    What do you all think?
Ps So how many more tables are we getting this year

What a cool idea! I think Zen can pull it off. It would be interesting as well doing the 1885 back to 1985 bit as well. So 3 different table layouts in one. I'm not sure how they can pull that out but Zen has some interesting stuff already on their belts.

Well I for one don't feel like really speculating. I want to a big surprise out of left field. I have faith that whatever the license they have, we will love it.

I won't lie though, that BTTF table sounds nice. You already know the 85' DeLorean has to be in that table. LOL It wouldn't be BTTF without it.

Talking about voice actors, I have a question, why do the voice actors not appear in the games credits.
and also isn't one of the actors the guy that did the deep voiced character in the Legacy of kane series, I seem to remember him voicing a lot of scenes in the games that featured Rafiel, he didn't have a character you could see, just a voice like a kind of entity that watched what rafiel did.

When I talked to Jonathan at E3, he said that they aren't usually credited on everything they do because of voice acting union rules. Not sure exactly what the rules are, but I will add your questions to the next Q&A for him

    Barbie,

Thanks for posting that interview. Sad that he didn't get to answer my question about who is the lead voice in Kick Beat. Maybe closer to release?
I've got another question. Mr. Klein mentions that some actors voiced on several tables, sometimes as the same character, sometimes as another character. Can he tell us which actors voiced multiple different characters and if he can't name names because of "union rules", can he at least say what actor did what group of characters? Or at least what was the most characters voiced by one actor?

Can he tell us which actors voiced multiple different characters and if he can't name names because of "union rules", can he at least say what actor did what group of characters? Or at least what was the most characters voiced by one actor?
I'll definitely see what we can do to answer your questions!
