We are aware that there are issues, and we have been working to fix them. We appreciate your patience.
It certainly seems as if you have forgotten about your customer base! The servers were down most of this past weekend and they remain down. This begs the question "Are you going to get the servers back online or not?"

That's the first time that I heard that they were down. Well they should be up soon, since they are launching a tournament tomorrow.
The servers are up and running, are you getting an error message of some kind? Can you explain what is happening from your end?
