It certainly seems as if you have forgotten about your customer base! The servers were down most of this past weekend and they remain down. This begs the question "Are you going to get the servers back online or not?"

heeeello zen studios , could you stop playing dead and answer us about this issue or what ???? this is getting ridiculous now !
1.) Zen Studios is closed over the weekend.
2.) Zen's main branch is located over in Hungary (different time zones).
3.) Repairing a server can take some time depending on the problem.
You know the old saying, "patience is a virtue."
I usually check in on the weekends (from home) to make sure everything is ok, I saw this issue and reported it as soon as I saw it on Saturday. We've been working on bringing it back online, so please just be patient.Originally Posted by shogun00
