    Default Still no help for the "Lost Table" problem

    Hi there at Zen Studios,

    I don't wanna be a nagger, but why is it not possible to get an answer to my posting

    Is there and update coming or do you plan leaving all the players, who paid for
    the tables, alone?

    I would really appreciate an answer.

    Last I heard the authentication errors people were getting were issues with Zen's servers but that they had fixed it. However, have tried the following:

    1) Make sure you use the same itunes account that you used to make the in app purchases of the table.
    2) Go to the app store and update the zen pinball client if possible.
    3) Try rebooting your ios device by holding down the power and home button at the same time until you see the apple symbol.
    4) Uninstall and then reinstall the zen app. Reboot device. Then try to redownload tables.

    Did not work for me, same problem: "Authentication Error. Please try again later" after starting the download of any table.
    The re-purchase button in the right corner does nothing as well.

    We've never encountered this problem before, but try this:

    Make sure the same account is being used for this purchase as you used to download the app (in case you didn't try that already), if that's not the issue then completely close the game, turn WiFi off and back on. Start the game when an online connection is established (if not on 3G). If it's still not working, power-cycle the device, make sure you're online and start the game again.     Maybe this problem was due to apple's problem with their drm server. Supposedly it is fixed now. Maybe try to give it another go now.
