All or most Backglasses collection

Not normally a lazy person, but does anyone have a full set or nearly so of all tables in 1920*1080 format in one download? Bonus points for the proper naming convention.

Would be happy to provide a donation if it will save me a couple of hours of searching/renaming/etc.
