Thread: Cannot reactivate my tables (Mac OSX)

    Exclamation Cannot reactivate my tables (Mac OSX)

    I bought several tables weeks ago.

    Now I moved to a new iMac and I cannot reactivate my tables. If I click on the basket icon, nothing happens. If I click on the table icons, nothing happens. I only see the info "please wait ..".

    I tried all hints. Delete and reinstall the app, delete all files in the library directory.

    Is there somebody with the same problem and a working solution?


    p.s.: the Zen support told me, that it's a problem with the iTunes account. Hahaha!

    That was me If your account login info doesn't work, it is likely the iTunes account that is causing problems. Do you have the latest update installed?

    All is up-to-date. E.g. iTunes: 11.0.2 (25)

    Problem solved by itself. I do not know how, I do not know why.
    Today the check with the iTunes store worked.

    Default Please wait...

    I have the same problem, although I never have been able to buy any of the tables. If I click on them, I just see "Please wait..." and nothing happens. Tried removing Zen Pinball then re-installing, but that didn't solve it either. I run OSx 10.8.3.
    What was the solution to this?

    No error messages? It just hangs there?

    Unfortunately yes. Funny thing is that it's the same for other tables as well, e.g. Tesla. Is it possible that it's some kind of regional restriction? Just becuase I know that on XBOX Live for example I also can't buy additional tables as the game is not available in the Hungarian store.

    Not sure if it's a regional issue. Not sure what is causing it, but I'll forward this to the team.

    I'm having this same problem too unfortunately.

    Earlier today I went in and was going to buy the Marvel tables since they were on sale.....I went to buy Tesla and since I had already bought it....it downloaded for free.

    But now when ever I try to do anything (buy or restore) it just pops up the "Please Wait" sign and it just sits there.

    I thought it might be because the servers were busy with the sale....but I'm not sure now.

    I'm using the latest OSX 10.8.3 and the latest iTunes update too...and I'm in the US.

    Just wanted to follow up and let you know that mines working again.....maybe that big sale was causing some hiccups.

    I was able to purchase everything no problems now !
