Achievement BUGS on wii U

OK.... There are these two bugs that have been driving me nuts...


-On blade when supressing darkhold chapters, you don't get the reward that you are supposed to get.

-Civil war table, even if you recruit more than 4 allies you still get no achievement


Fix please?
